Graduating from Cumilla Cadet College in 1998, his passion for medicine led him to the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), where he pursued his dream of becoming a doctor.
In 2004, Dr. Rashed fulfilled his ambition, graduating with flying colors as an MBBS doctor after five years of hard work at AFMC. During his internship at Dhaka Combined Military Hospital (CMH), he discovered a natural talent for surgery. This discovery ignited his desire to specialize in surgery, prompting him to seek further training at respected institutions like Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) and Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Dr. Rashed's surgical journey continued at BIRDEM General Hospital, where he embraced the role of a Surgeon. His dedication was recognized when he passed the MRCS examination in 2013, becoming a Member of The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS). As his passion evolved, he delved into reconstructive surgeries, obtaining specialized training in Burn and Plastic/Reconstructive surgery from Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery (NIBPS).
In 2020, Dr. Rashed achieved another milestone, passing his FCPS examination in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, earning a fellowship from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). Throughout his fellowship, he honed his skills in intricate reconstructive surgeries and the comprehensive management of burn patients. His commitment to excellence led him to pursue additional training in hand surgery in Singapore.
